Each week our brothers volunteer for the Christiansburg Youth Soccer Club to help teach the kids drills during practice and also coach their games on the weekends. Pictured is the undefeated u10 Blackhawks, lead by our brothers Mark Owen and Sam Duffy. Keep up the good work boys! 

On April 13, 2017, brother Michael Thayer was initiated into the Order of Omega, an Interfraternal Leadership Honor Society based upon his leadership and academic accomplishments at Virginia Tech. Brother Thayer will be commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Infantry on May 12, 2017. 

For the first year ever our chapter hosted a Carnival Cookoff for our philanthropy supporting the New River Valley Women's Center and the fight against domestic violence and sexual abuse. Numerous organizations came out to our event which included many carnival games, live music, and even a cotton candy machine. 

Our brother Rob Albanir has been selected to attend Officer Candidate School for the United States Marine Corps this summer! Rob is a senior and founding father of the Theta Delta chapter here at Virginia Tech. 

On the morning of Friday March 24th, the Brothers and Sweethearts of Theta Delta gathered to make pancakes for the Virginia Tech Police Department at their station for our first official Pancakes for Police! The event was a success and on behalf of the brothers of the Theta Delta chapter…

Laura Weaver from the New River Valley Women's Center spoke to the Theta Delta chapter before our philanthropy this week supporting the fight against domestic violence and sexual abuse. We can't wait to use Laura's enthusiasm to help raise not only money but awareness for such a great cause!
