Annual Summer Work Party

Every year, the Alumni and Active Chapter of Delta Lambda join forces to make considerable improvements to the house in preparation for the year to come. This year, our Housing Corporation was very generous in hiring a professional paint crew to repaint all common areas within the house in addition to hiring a crew to install a new retaining wall next to the house. Along with those noticeable improvements, a general house cleaning was performed, museum style trim was installed to hang composites on the first floor, mulch was applied to all of our beds and Brother Tyler Roberts laid down asphalt to repair a pothole at the bottom of the lot among a myriad of smaller improvements. All together, alumni and actives worked from 8:30am to 5:00pm last Saturday to make our house the best it has looked in years. The active chapter cannot thank the contributions of our alumni enough and we are very excited for what is possible this fall with our new look house.
