Ball State sends Twenty-Five to Emerging Leaders Conference (Ball State 20180206)

Ball State's Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity (ATO) sent twenty-five brothers to the Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC) in Indianapolis on Saturday, February 3rd. The conference, hosted by ATO headquarters staff as one of many across the country, is an opportunity for freshman and sophomore members of our chapter to begin preparing for leadership roles in our organization and throughout Ball State's campus. Alpha Tau Omega is recognized as "America's Leadership Development Fraternity", and we provide our members with the programs and resources to help bring out their leadership potential. The 2018 Indianapolis ELC included seven Alpha Tau Omega chapters providing insightful information on how to be an effective leader in their individual chapters. The day-long program featured audio-video interactive experiences and collaborative best-practices sharing.
