Crawfish Boil Brotherhood Event

The members of the Kappa Sigma Chapter held a crawfish boil brotherhood event, organized by our Chaplain Colby. The crawfish boil consisted of around 100 pounds of crawfish and 20 pounds of fish, along with sides of corn, potatoes, sausage, and mushrooms. Everything but the fish (which was fried), was boiled in our brother Garrett’s family recipe, which packed a punch and was full of intense flavor. Members enjoyed playing cornhole, throwing the football, watching March Madness, and helping cook the meal while waiting for the colossal lunch to be served.
