ELC 2019

Had a great time at the ATO Emerging Leaders Conference 2019! This year’s focus was on the 5 Vitals of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity: Recruitment, Education, the Judicial Board, Election, and Ritual. Among the standout topics from the conference was the importance of recruiting STUDS and the long term benefits of maintaining high standards and keeping the core values of the fraternity at the forefront throughout the recruitment process. Huge shout out to the ATO chapters of Penn State, Lehigh, Muhlenberg, Gettysburg, West Chester, and Temple who also attended the conference, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet likeminded brothers from other schools and bolster interscholastic relations across the board.
