Jacob has been hired as an intern under Dr. Chu of the Van Andel Institute, which is the leading Parkinson’s research group in the nation and a top facility worldwide. Jacob will be attempting to find a remedy to better counter the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease by looking at the molecular mechanisms associated with the disease.
