On the evening of October 15th, one the Texas Kappa Alpha chapter's founding fathers, John Biggan, made an appearance at our chapter meeting to announce his candidacy for the United States House of Representatives in Texas' 24th Congressional District. We are thrilled to rally behind him and support him as he campaigns for U.S. Congress!
