Leadershop 2017

Throughout the weekend of March 24-26th, the Texas Kappa Alpha Chapter participated in its annual Leadershop Retreat. This is one of our most significant events as brothers spend an entire weekend camping at Mt. Lebanon to understand more about each other’s values and beliefs which allows our members the opportunity to create strong bonds with each other. Many of the activities brothers participate in include team building exercises that teach our members the importance of strong leadership skills that lead to the success of our Fraternity.
