Proud to be a Tau
Northern Kentucky - Theta Omega
By Kevin Reynolds Apr 13, 2017
I joined the Theta Omega chapter of Alpha Tau Omega at Northern Kentucky University (NKU) in fall of 2006. I had a tremendous experience and learned a lot about leading and serving others. Just 11 years later, I work 5 miles away from NKU as the Dean of Students at Thomas More College. I'm the youngest Dean of Students in the state. I attribute my success to being flexible and willing to put in the work to make myself invaluable to the teams I work on, as well as my "serve first" leadership style. I gained those skill as a fraternity man, as an ATO. I am so thankful for what the chapter did for me and I'm so proud of the success that the current Theta Omega chapter has had. I'm blessed to serve as the Chairman of their Board of Trustees, but they need very little help from us – the chapter is 10x better today than when I was in. While I hope that is true because of the legacy that my brothers and I left for them, I know that it is more because of how hard they work and how much they care about one another. Keep up the good work Theta Omega. Love and Respect to all my brothers! Kevin Reynolds
