Recruitment workshop

Since this is the week before IFC recruitment begins, recruitment chair Tyler Behel organized a workshop held after chapter meeting to instruct brothers on best practices and to provide tips for preparing for each night of recruitment. Alumnus and BOT Chairman, Curt Posey, joined us to provide insight and strategies for the brothers. As in years past, Theta Phi is utilizing bump groups for each night of IFC recruitment so we can effectively meet and learn about the new men participating in the process. We are pumped for an awesome rush week and are confident that the men of Theta Phi will bring in a strong new pledge class by the end of the week.
