Songfest 2022

Members of the Kappa Sigma Chapter participated in the 55th annual Songfest. Songfest is a philanthropy event hosted by the Beta Theta chapter of Chi Omega, where fraternities and sororities compete for the best dance routine, all while singing along to music. All of this is done to raise money to benefit Make-a-Wish Alabama. All participating members of the Kappa Sigma Chapter devoted numerous hours to daily practices in order to be prepared for the event. With hard work and a lot of help from our coaches, Ryunn and Elizabeth, the performance went great and featured an awesome save by our new member, JP, catching a falling speaker. The Kappa Sigma Chapter placed 2nd overall amongst eight other fraternities and won the superlative award for Most Creative Choreography. It is safe to say that all participating members of the Kappa Sigma Chapter had a blast and are looking forward to next year’s songfest!
