The Midwest is currently experiencing record cold temperatures. This reminds me of the winter of 1978-79 in Muncie, when it was so cold and we had so much snow, that travel was banned. The authorities were requesting 4 wheel drive vehicles with teams of 4 to deliver medicine. Brother David Tangerman had a brand new Jeep so we were out for many hours on a day when the high temp. was -27. It was always a pleasure to serve our community and an honor to represent ATO.
