Take Pride in Acadia! (Maine Orono 20161109)

To kick off November, several Maine ATO's trekked down to Acadia National Park to partake in Take Pride in Acadia Day! Brothers Ben Walden, Zach Bowen, Isaiah Mansour and, Taaniel Kiidli (pictured left to right) joined with hundreds of other volunteers and helped clear the Carrage Roads of debris. The Carrage Roads run for over 50 miles in the park and Acadia is the only National Park that has a feature like it. Debris cause the roads to flood and erode so in clearing these roads, ATO's helped preserve the heritage of Acadia National Park!
