Tau Delivers Inspiring Commencement Speech

New Mexico - Eta Kappa

19 February by atolive

Kyle Stepp, New Mexico ’12, has a remarkable story of perseverance and faith. Stepp has gone through about as much as anyone his age can. He has found family in ATO after spending most of his life without his mother and father. He has even battled and beaten Stage IV cancer.

This spring, Kyle graduated from the University of New Mexico. UNM President Robert G. Frank asked him to deliver the Class of 2016 Commencement Speech during graduation.

Watch the video to hear his incredible story and, as President Frank described, the “best commencement speech of 2016.”

“I have a story, and so do you,” Stepp says.
