Taus Host Sweethearrt Challenge
Illinois State - Colony
By Juan Montes Nov 9, 2016
In October, the brothers of the Theta Theta chapter at Illinois State University hosted their annual Sweetheart Challenge. All the proceeds from the week would benefit Bentley. Bentley is a 5-year-old that suffers from Lyme Disease, which has led him to suffer from more than the disease itself such as nerve palsy, optical damage, and high spinal fluid pressure. As the week went on, several Taus had water balloons thrown at them. There was also a coin war going on between the participating sororities. At the end of the week, all the sororities came over to the chapter house where they participated in several events such as an obstacle course, a banner competition, and a drag show where the ladies from each chapter had the chance to dress up a Tau. After all the events were over, the sorority that won was Delta Delta Delta. Congratulations to Jules Scarcelli on becoming our next sweetheart! Thank you to all the participating sororities and to everyone that donated, helping us raise a total of $4,000.#TausForACause #DoItForBentley
