Thank You to LoboRespect

Eta Kappa had the privilege to welcome Cole from LoboRespect (bottom left) into our last Eta Kappa Chapter meeting. Cole presented on the topic of “masculinity” to our chapter. Brothers had the opportunity to discuss questions from the presentation about what makes up “masculinity”. Through the discussion, Cole broke “masculinity” down to help the brothers understand the toxic traits in which the word “masculinity” used to represent. He then challenged the brotherhood to find ways in which we could redefine “masculinity” through examples of our own life experiences. The ultimate goal is to recognize the we as a prominent chapter on campus can redefine Masculinity in a way that not only respects our fellow Sisters on campus, but also changes the way we respect our fellow brothers. Thank you Cole, for an awesome educational experience. Together, as a brotherhood, we can reshape campus safety and the culture of Greek Life.
