Remained actively engaged in ICPA committees, initiatives, and activities to promote industry advancement. As a recipient of the Knutson-Smith Award, you will be honored with lifetime membership in the Iowa Concrete Paving Association, symbolizing your legacy of impact and commitment, along with complimentary registration to the Annual ICPA Workshop. We would be honored to celebrate your achievements at the ICPA Annual Banquet on the evening of Thursday, February 5, 2026,following the Chairman’s Reception.
