Alumni Networking Event, Speaker: James Shaw

Earlier this month, the Epsilon Gamma chapter was lucky enough to have ATO alum James Shaw come and speak to our brothers about the importance of strategic networking and planning in both business and life. Mr. Shaw walked us through the process he uses when making business decisions, which consists of enumerating all potential avenues or options available, identifying and listing the pros/cons of each choice (both professional and personal), then choosing the best option based on these scores. This seemingly straightforward method, Shaw claims, has been instrumental in his success after college and our chapter has now begun to implement this technique in our strategic decision making. Once again, a huge shoutout to Mr. Shaw for taking the time to meet with our chapter, he is fantastic role model for our fraternity and we hope to meet again with him very soon. Love and Respect
