BALL STATE ALPHA TAU OMEGA ATTENDS EMERGING LEADERS CONFERENCE!

Last weekend, 15 brothers attended the Emerging Leaders Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. At this conference, more than ten other Alpha Tau Omega chapters came together to learn more about what it truly means to be in Alpha Tau Omega. The Emerging Leaders Conference is a great opportunity for members to learn how to become better leaders by analyzing specific scenarios and discussing possible outcomes about different chapter functions. After hearing various suggestions from the other chapters, we look forward to bringing new ideas back to our chapter house in Muncie.
