BALL STATE ALPHA TAU OMEGA PRESIDENTIAL RETREAT!

President David Apple and Vice President Thomas Hayes attended Indianapolis for the Presidential retreat to kick off the new semester. Both David and Tom were able to see how other Alpha Tau Omega chapters operate. They were able to communicate their ideas while discussing new and innovative ways for us to improve our chapter at Ball State. Members who attended were able to take the Birkman personality test to better understand their needs. President David Apple was also able to learn more about how chapter executive positions are run, and how to challenge our executive board to new ideas and concepts. David said, “Going to the Presidential Retreat with my vice president enabled us to create a stronger bond between us and learn new and effective ways to lead the chapter.”
