Brother Widowski Travels to Chicago with CAFNR

This week, CAFNR students in the 2017 Agribusiness Career Connection program traveled to Chicago and St. Louis where they learned how to be career-ready. Brother Andrew Widowski joined the trip. Students heard directly from industry professionals, including Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) executives and CAFNR alumni, who encouraged the students to take risks, communicate, network and build relationships. Students toured the Chicago Board of Trade and learned about commodities distribution on the Mississippi River. Cultural adventures in Chicago included the Willis (formerly Sears) Tower, Christkindlmarket and Shedd Aquarium.
