Today, the ATO brotherhood celebrates the life and memories of Bill “Tuna” Trask on the 8th anniversary of his passing. Tuna was revered by the brothers of ATO. He would often attend brothers’ sporting events and get to know everyone’s parents. Additionally, he assisted with integrating new members to the brotherhood by introducing them to others and setting up resume workshops. Tuna was not only special to brothers at ATO, but also to WPI as a whole. During his time as Dean of Students, he headed the creation of the Center for Career Development, which has created job and internship opportunities for countless students. He was known for always listening to the student body’s ideas and opinions. WPI dedicated two benches for Tuna which face the city because he believed it was the “best view on campus”. “You only live once and you ain’t coming back so you might as well live with all the gusto you got.” -Bill “Tuna” Trask 8/31/1929 – 3/25/2017
