Dean of Students Offers Advice to Potential New Members (Alabama 20170911)

Last Wednesday, Dean of Students Dr. Tim Hebson spoke to the potential new members of the Beta Delta chapter as a part of our Tau Talk series which takes place every Wednesday of pledgeship. Hebson encouraged the potential new members to “look out for each other” because “a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.” He continued saying that “no fraternity values academics as much as ATO.” He urged the PNM’s reach out, ask for help, and “(use) all the tools ATO has for you to be successful.” Finally, he offered a bit of insight to the PNM’s saying, “You learn more from adversity and reaching out than being comfortable.” Hebson said that he is excited about what is happening at the Capstone and hopes that ATO is an integral part of that future.
