ELC 2018

On Saturday, Feb. 17th, 2018, thirty of our brothers attended the 2018 Executive Leadership Conference in Birmingham. ELC is a conference that allows for ATO chapters throughout the state to gather and learn more about the values of Alpha Tau Omega and how to effectively lead and contribute within our chapters. Our national representative, Jake West, was one of the speakers at the conference and helped lead many of the discussions which offered valuable insight for our members. Brother Colin McCullough attended the conference and said that, “ELC taught me what it means to be part of a national brotherhood, not just my chapter’s brotherhood. I had the opportunity to meet dozens of brothers from across the state, and it gave me a better understanding of what this fraternity truly is.”
