Executive Board has Semesterly Greek Life Leadership Retreat

Fraternity and Sorority (FSL) at NDSU had their leadership retreat for all of the executive boards of fraternities and sororities on campus. The retreat focused on how to be a leader, the different kinds of leaders, and how different leaders operate. After that, the conference focused on goal setting and what goals each organization wanted to achieve in the following semester. FSL plans to have shorter conferences in the future that will cover the topics of recruitment and further distinguish each organization’s purpose. The overall reaction of the conference was positive and the executive board will keep this learned information in mind when it meets for the first time this semester!
