Brooke E. Waters of Salina received the eighth annual Michael E. Brown Mortar Board Alpha Tau Omega Leadership Scholarship on April 9! President of the ATO Endowment Fund, ATO National Secretary and Delta Theta Chapter Advisor, Bill Muir, was honored to present this award to the worthy recipient.
