Brother Smith of the Beta Alpha Chapter was recently awarded the Optimist Award for our school's TRIO program. TRIO is a federal outreach program designed to help students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. It comes with great honor that our philanthropy chair Brother Smith was able to obtain the recognition.
