Senior Spotlight: Yash Jani

Yash is from Albany, Georgia and is majoring in Neuroscience. Yash served as ATO’s Historian and has also held the positions of Social Media and Community Service Chairman. He has also been involved on campus with Student Government as the class president, President of Mercer Ambassadors, VP of Order of Omega as well as MU Miracle. Yash also run his own non-profit, called the Ray of Hope that provides bereavement care to children whose parents are in hospice care, raising $34,000 to date. After college, Yash will be attending the Medical College of Georgia with the goal to ultimately practice medicine in rural Georgia. Favorite part about ATO: Alpha Zeta has allowed me to develop incredible relationships with my brothers along with giving me the privilege to meet a variety of people during my time at Mercer. This along with the memories I’ve fostered is what I cherish the most and look forward to continuing with those around me as I start my next chapter.
