Study-Skills Session

Brothers of the Texas Kappa Alpha chapter held a study-skills session. Our brother, Thien Bui reserved a room in the central library room, and advised brothers to bring their planners. They wrote in important academic dates, test dates, office hours, and ATO dates, to improve on deadline meets. Discussions about the reasons for some of their decreased GPA’s last semester was brought up and tips on what all could be done to raise their GPA for this semester were very helpful. The goal of this event was to have brothers, especially the ones who did not make grades last semester, to attend. This study skills session is one of the scholastic programs for this semester to improve bothers’ study habits and grades.
