The past few months has undoubtedly affected Greek chapters around the nation, as organizations are seeing a sharp increase of membership abandonment due to COVID-19, among other negative ramifications. Utilizing ATOs 5 vitals has helped our chapter tremendously during these unprecendted times, as a strong recruitment program paired with effective membership education has landed us a pledge class that was willing to persevere through a pledgeship unlike any other in order to become ATO men. Implementing ample safety measures was top priority at initiation, as masks were required and a staggered seating chart was used. Alongside enforcing CDC guidelines, our health and safety officer created a COVID-SAFETY health form, which required daily temperature checks from the brothers and new members for 14 days prior to initiation day. We are proud to welcome 9 ATO S.T.U.D.S into the brotherhood, a brotherhood that has successfully endured COVID-19 thus far. Yours Fraternally, Andrew Estes Eta Beta Historian
