Theta Nu Bed Races

This year Theta Nu hosted it’s 11th annual hospital Bed Races benefitting Make A Wish. The event is one of the largest philanthropy events at Baylor, thanks to our partnership with the ladies of Chi Omega. The girls provide unlimited chili for a small fee and we provide the entertainment. Teams of 5 race hospital beds down a long alleyway and then one person jumps off the bed and races through an inflatable obstacle course. We had over 40 registered teams and Chili Cook off was also a huge success, this year we were able to raise over $32,000 for Make a Wish, making this event a huge success. We also had a nice visit from our brothers from UT Arlington who were in town for a Women’s Basketball game. We would like to thank Brandon Buckalew and Brian Stanley for their time and effort as the chairs for this wonderful event.
