CHICAGO — This past weekend newly elected officers from the UCLA Nexus Installment flew from Sunny California to The Windy City for a weekend of bonding, leadership development, and executive planning. Founding President Justin Silva learned how to build brotherhood and set a solid foundation for their Nexus. Vice-President Oscar Schlichting understood the ins and outs of how ΑΤΩ Nationals operates. Chaplain Christopher Jorgensen developed his mindset when administering bible study to the Nexus. Membership Educator Michael Maywood understood methods to bring both old and new Brothers closer together. Treasurer Andrew Lee constructed the financial structure of the Nexus. Recruitment Chair Nicco Ruiz exercised his ability to identify quality men when recruiting. Public Relations Officer Adrian Luerra attended Elevate, enriching his ability to connect with, improve, and lead himself and those around him. What’s more, the group had a unique opportunity to bond with one another, develop ideas for the future of their Nexus, and connect with Alumni. This strong executive group is ready to take their learning back to their Nexus to take action, fail forward, and improve themselves and their brotherhood.
