Louisville - Kappa Omicron

University of Louisville - Kappa Omicron (Louisville 20151001)

On Sunday, September 27 brothers from the Kappa Omicron volunteered for a local blood moon event at Blackacre farm. Brothers directed parking, talked to people around the site and were also the greeters at the front gate. During their time, Brother Coleman brought over Dr. Gerard Williger, an astronomy teacher at U of L, to talk about what exactly was happening. For the rest of the time, brothers took groups of people and showed them around Blackacre’s homestead, which included the Springhouse and the Barn. Towards the end of the event, brothers helped tear down and clean up trash. Ruh Rah!
