Zeta Alpha Brother Presents to FSL Leaders about Simon Sineks Golden Circle

Today I had the opportunity to speak to chapter Presidents in ASU Fraternity and Sorority Life about Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle. Many times, when you are leading a team, it can be hard to get everyone “paddling” in the same direction. This creates friction within your team and a divergence in your team’s ability to move towards one unified goal. Today, I presented on the What, How, and WHY of an organization. With a deeper understanding of our Why, as leaders, we can make more informed decisions to help our organizations move in unity towards our goals. Additionally, we discussed how our chapters’ individual “Whys” affect our respective councils and the ASU community.
