UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA
In collaboration with Alpha Beta alumni, RPG acquired the ATO Alpha Beta Chapter House at 846 Milledge Ave in 2009. The 8,476 sqft house was purchased from Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity who acquired the building in 1967. The house was built in the 1930s.
The Alpha Beta chapter has occupied the building since 2005, initially leasing from Phi Kappa Tau following the chapter’s chartering in 2014.
