ATO Kappa Kappa Attends ELC 2020 in Durham, NC

The brothers at ATO Kappa Kappa enjoyed their excursion down to Durham, North Carolina this past February for ELC. In Durham, brothers learned of the importance of excellent leadership and positive continuous education for a chapter’s health. The essential nature of consistently engaging the ritual was impressed upon them, while they also learned more about the intricacies of the new member education process. Overall, they felt more prepared to actively participate in chapter discussion and many felt encouraged to consider running for leadership positions in the future.
