Opening weekend is a crucial time for the first year students. Throughout the duration, they learn about the BGSU campus, attend their first classes, and start to make their first friendships. The weekend ended with Convocation, which was a formal ceremony where student leaders and faculty spoke. Brother Senn was the host of the event, introducing speakers such as the President of BGSU herself and leading the first years through the pinning ceremony.
