Brother Spotlight: Cole Petty

Cole Petty, often referred to as just “Petty” by brothers, has been one of the most involved and beloved brothers throughout his time with Kappa Rho. Despite being a fifth-year senior, Cole is one of the most committed members of ATO. Cole is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and currently holds an internship at Poole & Company Architects. Throughout his time in the chapter, Cole has utilized his many skills as well as his passion for Kappa Rho to benefit the chapter in a myriad of ways. Petty is always the brother that brings light into a room. His presence and demeanor always make brothers feel comfortable; the chapter is so thankful to have had so much time with Cole Petty. When asked about his time in Kappa Rho, Petty said, “Being a senior in this chapter has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career. Seeing how much growth we’ve had as a chapter speaks to the solid foundation that was laid by the founders in 2014. Our culture is ever changing, but our core values have remained the same since my freshman year. ATO is something that I am proud to have been a part of, and its presence on Samford’s campus continues to enrich the lives of not just our members, but the Samford community as a whole.”
