Girls Walk Harder – Troy University
Troy - Kappa Beta
By Nelson Ortiz Mar 20, 2020
At Troy University the Kappa Beta celebrated its first annual Girls Walk Harder. In this event, girls all around campus were able to have a small experience similar to what our men at Kappa Beta experience while walking 128.3 miles to Panama City Beach. Participants of Girls Walk Harder started their 4-mile walk from the Bibb Graves quad making their way to the endpoint at the downtown square of Troy. With a total of 41 participants, Girls Walk Hard raised collectively $4,000 towards Walk Hard. Our chapter was proud to name Marissa Campbell as Miss Walk Hard 2020 for her dedication and efforts in raising the most money towards Walk Hard. With a successful first year, we await anxiously next year’s Girls Walk Harder!
