Kappa Sigma Chapter wins Kappa Delta’s Philanthropy Week

The brothers of the Kappa Sigma Chapter won Kappa Delta’s philanthropy week, after scoring the most points over the week-long event while competing against other IFC fraternities. The week raised money for Kappa Delta’s philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America. The competition consisted of an event to buy the most pinwheels, an event to purchase the most pizza from a pizza restaurant fundraiser, and a cornhole tournament. With solid showings in the other two events, a solid third place in the cornhole tournament secured the Kappa Sigma Chapter’s win of the philanthropy week. The brother’s loved earning money for such an important organization, Prevent Child Abuse America, while simultaneously winning the grand prize of $100 to donate the Kappa Sigma Chapter’s own philanthropy, Feeding the Gulf Coast.
