President’s Retreat

President’s Retreat in Chicago was a great experience this year. It was awesome to be able to be back in person this year after an online experience in 2021. I really enjoyed spending time with leaders from other chapters, and hearing how they lead their chapter. This was also a time to explore all the different resources the National Fraternity provides. It was great to spend time with our leadership consultant, Nick Lemay. He is able to support all aspects of what we are trying to achieve. This year we were able to bring five members of the executive board: President, Vice President, Chaplain, Member Educator, and Rush Chairman. It was a great opportunity for each member of our exec to break out with men that serve similar roles across the country. We also got to spend time together to analyze our individual Birkman reports. The Birkman is a great tool to understand how to communicate with each other, as well as the chapter. We found every session and discussion to be valuable to our experience as chapter leaders. Love and Respect, Davis Hawk Worthy Master – Alpha Epsilon We are very thankful for the knowledge Davis and our fellow executive board members have brought back from the retreat. Our chapter is optimistic their attending will help lead us in continued growth.
