Virginia Tech – Theta Delta Chapter – September Brother of the Month

Our September brother of the month goes out to Andrew Kovach. Recently, Andrew has taken over the Chaplain position in the fraternity and is doing a great job. He is responsible for planning our brotherhood retreat and other brotherhood events in effort to get all 103 brothers closer. On top of that, he runs our mentor program which consists of pairing up our pledges with older brothers who can assist them with academics. Andrew has also implemented into the program four one on one conversations about what it means to be in ATO, how to act in their daily lives, what they want to get out of ATO, and how they think that they can contribute. Andrew is doing a lot for the fraternity and is continuing in his efforts to make ATO the best that it can be.
