Ben Heim Magellan Project

Congratulation to Ben Heim on getting his Magellan Project funded by W&J! This upcoming summer, Ben Heim will travel to Sydney, Australia, to learn about the effects stigma and public pressures have on people’s willingness to seek mental health treatment. Since men tend to “tough it out” when dealing with mental health, Ben will focus on the unique pressure men face, along with initiative and movements geared toward removing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment.
