“Miss NDSU” Mock Pageant Results in a Huge Success!

The signature philanthropic event of the fall semester for Epsilon Delta at NDSU well exceeded expectations. The donations totaled $12,464, which is a new record total now, in its 20th year of its existence. A big reason why the chapter was able to raise so much relative to past semesters was increased involvement from the chapter alumni. The categories of the pageant were the opening walk, Bison pride, skits, formal wear, and finally questions for the contestants. Moving forward, the proceeds will go to the Fargo Down Home organization. The chapter has worked with Down Home for going on 3 years now, and they sent a representative to speak at the Miss NDSU event while the votes were counted.
