Launch your professional career as a consultant or intern

Alpha Tau Omega accepts year-round applications from young professionals and graduating seniors for Growth and Chapter Services Consultant positions. Newly hired consultants will start in either January or June, depending upon their graduation date. Our primary hiring period takes place between September and November of each year, but we will continue to accept applications as long as there are still current or anticipated vacancies.

In addition to the full-time consultant positions, ATO also accepts applications for paid internships from non-graduating members to work 4-6 weeks at the headquarters each summer in Indianapolis, IN. Interns assist with various fraternal projects including the planning and execution of our National Awards Celebration or Congress. Our primary hiring period takes place in February and March of each year, but we will continue to accept applications as long as there are still vacancies for the upcoming summer.
