Upchurch, Bailey & Upchurch, longtime St. Augustine law firm, announces that Casey William Arnold, former Assistant State Attorney, has joined the firm as an associate.

“We are very pleased that Casey has joined our firm,” said Frank Upchurch III, one of the senior partners at Upchurch, Bailey & Upchurch. “We’re very much looking forward to blending his talents with ours and expanding the scope of the services we offer the St. Augustine and First Coast communities.”

Arnold is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida. While at the University, Arnold was on the Dean’s List of the Levin College of Law and the Warrington College of Business. He is a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and was active in his local Gainesville community as an assistant varsity and junior varsity high school baseball coach.

Arnold began his legal career as a civil litigation law clerk at Spohrer Wilner Maxwell and Matthews, P.A., and served as a corporate and construction litigation law clerk at Tanner Bishop, both Jacksonville law firms. He was a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s office in Gainesville. While at the Levin College of Law, he was a teaching assistant for courses in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Arnold is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. Arnold and his wife, Sarah, both lifelong residents of Jacksonville, are the proud parents of Audrey, 14 months.
