UCSB Brothers Help with Dos Pueblos Beautification

IOTA NU (Univ. of California-Santa Barbara) — Thanks to the 22 volunteers who contributed 71 community service hours at the 3/12/11 AM Goleta Valley Beautiful/Beautify Dos Pueblos beautification event. Volunteers planted 6 15 gallon trees (3 Coast Live Oak, 3 Palo Verde) and installed plants at 4 sensory garden containers.
Volunteer groups represented include Dos Pueblos High students, leadership, parents, and staff, UCSB Alpha Tau Omega, and Goleta Valley Beautiful.
Sponsors for this event include San Marcos Growers, California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, UCSB Coastal Fund, Devereux Santa Barbara, Beautify Dos Pueblos, SB County Waste Management and Resource Recovery, and hundreds of Goleta Valley Beautiful donor members.
