ATO chapter leaders from across the country will get together in Chicago for the 2026 Presidents Retreat.
Year after year, the Presidents Retreat proves its value. You’ll not only receive critical chapter updates, but also build lasting connections with fellow ATO leaders and exchange ideas that strengthen your chapter back home.
We look forward to welcoming Presidents and Vice Presidents from every chapter. Membership Educators and Recruitment Chairmen are also encouraged to attend.
New this year: A special Treasurers Track. Space is limited, and registration is first-come, first-served.
As always, our unique Bible Study leaders track is open to your chapter if you have a brother leading a chapter Bible study.

Who Should Attend the 2026 Presidents Retreat?
• Elected President (required: ATO Chapter Minimum Guidelines of Operations A19)

How can People Register?
Register through your ChapterSpot Portal by Dec 15th. Your chapter’s registration for all attendees includes all scheduled conference meals and hotel room(s).
How and When should you arrive?
Chapters are responsible for paying for travel arrangements. Arrival: At the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel on Friday, January 9th, by 2 pm CST. Departure: From the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel on Sunday, January 11th, after 2 pm CST. Note: Many colleges and universities have a fund for general educational programming. Contact your consultant on how to approach your campus for that.
Drivers: The hotel has complimentary parking for guests. *Bring your parking ticket with you to check in.*

What if i'm flying?
Fly into Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), which is adjacent to the hotel. You will need to rideshare/shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Ensure flights arrive in time to be at the hotel by 2 pm CST.
What should I pack?
The entire weekend is casual for attendees.
