Valiant Leadership Training Program
May 21st – 24th 2019. Brothers from around the country gathered at Camp Sumatanga in Gallant, Alabama to engage in ATO’s Valiant Leadership Training Program. While there, national staff facilitated small and large group discussions to help uncover each undergraduate’s own leadership potential.
Far from just sitting in a classroom, the program utilizes hiking, physical activity, group presentations, and personal reflection to create leaders with a better understanding of their personal leadership styles, and how they can relate to others. Valiant instills each participant with leadership development specific to them and tools to implement it long after the week is over.
