Altitude
June 16th-22nd, 2019. Altitude is a weeklong leadership development excursion to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Brothers spend two nights at Noah’s Ark campground and enjoy rock climbing, repelling as well as an afternoon of white water rafting. Climbing and rafting are followed by several days backpacking in the mountains, living off only the food and supplies carried in. After trekking through the wilderness, brothers spend the day summiting a 14,000-foot mountain peak.
During the adventure, brothers participate in curriculum to better understand servant leadership. The educational material sparks meaningful conversation, creates better leaders and fosters strong friendships. Every participant leaves the week having proven to themselves that they are more capable than they thought, and with the ability to lead more effectively in their everyday lives.
